About
I'm pursuing an MSc in Information Management, which sits at the crossroads of IT, business, and data. My interest is in how organisations actually use the information they generate — not just storing it, but making it actionable.
On the technical side I work mostly with Python and SQL, build things with Django when a project calls for it, and spend a fair amount of time in Jupyter notebooks. On the business side I'm drawn to questions about information governance, data quality, and the gap between what a dashboard shows and what a decision-maker needs.
Before the master's I studied Business & Information Management, which gave me a grounding in process design and IT infrastructure. Outside of studying I follow markets, read broadly, and go hiking when the weather cooperates.
